<p>So, I wrote this tutorial to help you set up automated monitoring for your favorite services and receive WhatsApp notifications when the status of your services changes. You'll use Notion for the database, Twilio’s WhatsApp Business API for receiving notifications, GitHub actions for running our job on a schedule, and we’ll code everything in Python.</p>
